“Searching for the Celestial, the Extraterrestrial, & the Infinite in Between” is an exhibition featuring works from Arizona artists Daniel Martin Diaz and Alexandra Bowers. Diaz draws inspiration for his works from his curiosity to explore the mysteries of life and science. Bowers is inspired by the natural environment, using data collected while exploring to produce wood-burned pieces of plants and animals. The show will be on display through September 6. The gallery, located at 61857 29 Palms Highway in Joshua Tree, is open Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 5 p.m. or by appointment. For more information, visit LaMatadoraGallery.org.
