The Morongo Unified School District has extended its summer feeding program by two weeks: Today, July 30, and Thursday, August 6. Morongo Basin children up to age 18 can receive free meals this summer thanks to the summer feeding program. Distribution is from 9-10:30 a.m. at Twentynine Palms High School, Twentynine Palms Elementary School, Joshua Tree Elementary School, La Contenta Middle School, Landers Elementary School, Yucca Valley High School, and Morongo Valley Elementary School.
