The Morongo Unified School District will host two speech screening sessions for children ages 3-5 who are having difficulties communicating, such as using two-word sentences, responding inappropriately, or speaking in a way that people outside the family cannot understand them. The sessions will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Wednesday (August 18) at Joshua Tree Elementary School (4950 Sunburst St.) and Thursday (August 19) at the MUSD main conference room in Twentynine palms (5715 Utah Trail).
