The $300,000 grant awarded to the Morongo Unified School District will be used for salaries related to MUSD career and technical education programs. Director of Secondary Education for MUSD Dustin Howard will oversee the grant requirements. MUSD Superintendent Tom Baumgarten expressed his gratitude for the grant, stating, “Our students and community will benefit from this grant as we engage our students in the 21st Century career market.”
