The Morongo Unified School District Board of Education will hold a workshop starting at 5:30 tonight on an action plan for the Local Education Agency Program Improvement. Then the Board will hear from principals from four schools on their plans for student achievement, after which the board will go into closed session to discuss student expulsions and a performance evaluation of the superintendent. The board will reconvene to an open session at 7 with a routine consent agenda. On the action agenda, the board will be asked to approve the achievement plans presented earlier, along with course outlines and new textbooks.
