The Morongo Unified School District board of trustees will meet in closed session beginning at 6:30 p.m. to discuss complaints concerning district employees. In open session, beginning at 7 p.m., the board will discuss the upcoming November election and board members whose terms expire in December. The board will also review the proposed district budget, the Local Control Accountability Plan, the removal of obsolete district property, and the district special education program for the upcoming 2018-2019 school year. The meeting will be held at Joshua Tree Elementary School, located at 4950 Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree.
