Michael Chlebik, the newest member of the Morongo Unified School District Board of Education, will be sworn in by Superintendent Tom Baumgarten at the board’s regular meeting tomorrow night. Chlebik, a teacher at Joshua Springs Christian School in Yucca Valley, was appointed to fill the seat left vacant by the death of Ronald Palmer in November. The meeting gets underway 5:10 p.m. at Landers Elementary School on Reche Road.
