The Morongo Unified School District Board of Education meets tonight with a fairly routine agenda including, among other things, consideration of proposed student achievement plans for four elementary schools: Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, Condor in Twentynine Palms and Friendly Hills in Joshua Tree. Tonight’s meeting gets underway at 7 p.m. at Joshua Tree Elementary School on Sunburst Avenue.
