The Morongo Unified School District Board of Trustees will begin tonight’s meting in closed session at 4 p.m. to conference with labor negotiators. The board will then hold a work study session at 5 p.m. to discuss the opening of the 2020-2021 school year. In open session, beginning at 7 p.m., the board will approve a contract between the school district and the department of rehabilitation, accept a $30,000 grant for school meal programs, and approve the purchase of new science textbooks for grades K-6. The meeting will be held via YouTube live from the official MUSD YouTube page.
