Tomorrow’s meeting of the Morongo Unified School District board of Trustees will begin at 8 a.m. in closed session to discuss a public employee appointment with the acting superintendent and hold a public employee performance evaluation with the superintendent. In open session, the board will discuss the creation of a new position for the district’s PLUS program and hold a work study session on the district’s strategic plan, board priorities and communications, and the district’s school visitation calendar. The meeting will be held on Tuesday, February 5, at 8 a.m. at the MUSD district offices, 5715 Utah Trail in Twentynine Palms.
