The Morongo Unified School District Board of Trustees will hold a work study session beginning at 4:30 p.m. to discuss new legislation affecting school districts and to review board policies, regulations, and bylaws. The board will adjourn to closed session at 6:30 p.m. to conference with labor negotiators. In open session, beginning at 7 p.m., the board will hear a presentation on the district’s 2019 financial audit, approve the completion of recent construction at Yucca Valley High School, and adopt the district’s 2020 budget calendar. The meeting will be held at Twentynine Palms High School, 72750 Wildcat Way.
