The Morongo Unified School District named two new principals for the 2017-18 school year. Justin Monical will be the principal at Yucca Valley High School. Jennifer Sands, who is currently the principal at Friendly Hills Elementary School, will become the principal at Black Rock High School. The board of trustees will formally approve the changes at its next board meeting.
