At a 6 p.m. closed session, the MUSD Board of Education will confer with legal counsel on an existing case of litigation, and then will move on to employee bargaining and public employee matters. In the 7 p.m. open session, the action agenda items include: Approval of the filing of the completion notice for the new Joshua Tree Elementary School; a textbook adoption for an ROP health course; CAHSEE waiver requests for 14 special education students; and the ROP Master Agreement for the coming school year. Course outlines for College Prep Biology and life sciences will be presented for review. Note that this meeting will be held in the multipurpose room of the new Joshua Tree Elementary School, at 4950 Sunburst Drive in Joshua Tree.
