The MUSD Board of Trustees will meet in closed session, beginning at 5:15 p.m., to conference with legal counsel. The board will then hold a work study session, beginning at 6 p.m., to continue its review of student achievement plans for four additional schools in the district. In open session, beginning at 7 p.m., the board will approve a supplemental employment agreement with the individual appointed as acting superintendent until Baumgarten’s return. The board will also hear a presentation on the district’s deferred maintenance plan and adopt the student achievement plans from the work study session. The meeting will be held at Joshua Tree Elementary School, 4950 Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree.
