The Morongo Unified School District board of trustees will hold a work study session beginning at 5 p.m. to discuss the Local Control Accountability plan and the 2018-2019 proposed budget. The board will then adjourn to closed session to hold a conference with designated bargaining representatives. In open session, beginning at 7 p.m., the board will hold public hearings to discuss the Local Control Accountability Plan and agreements met with the California School Employees Association and will discuss a Declaration of Need for fully-qualified educators within the district. The meeting will be held at Joshua Tree Elementary School, located at 4950 Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree.
