The MUSD Board of Trustees will meet in closed session at 5 p.m. to conference with labor negotiators. At 5:45 p.m., the board will hold a work study session to review the Local Control and Accountability Plan, the district budget, and pursuing a future school district improvement bond. In open session, beginning at 7 p.m., the board will hold public hearings on the work study session topics, review numerous board policies, recognize the retirement of eleven district teachers, and will approve the purchase of district textbooks and food for student meals. The meeting will be held at Joshua Tree Elementary School, 4950 Sunburst Avenue in Joshua Tree.
