The Morongo Unified School District Board of Education will hold a workshop starting at 5:10 tonight in order to answer board questions on an anticipated large computer purchase, after which four principals from Twentynine Palms, Landers, Morongo Valley and Onaga elementary schools will present their plans for student achievement. At 6:30 the board will go into closed session to discuss student expulsions and a performance evaluation of the superintendent. The board will reconvene to an open session at 7 with a routine consent agenda. On the action agenda, the board will be asked to approve the achievement plans presented earlier, along with several items in the category of business services.
