The June 16 meeting of the Morongo Unified School District Board of Education gets off to an early 5 p.m. closed session start. In the open session, beginning at 5:30, the Board will hear and approve single plans for student achievement for four schools; hold public hearings on the tentative employee contracts, and approve them; and approve the special education plan and budget. The Board meets at Joshua Tree Elementary School.
