It was a short event last night (June 15) as the Morongo Unified School District Board of Trustees sped through their regular board meeting. In the meeting, the board approved every agenda item without much discussion. They passed items included the district’s 2021-2022 budget and fund balance, notices of completion for various school site improvements, and awarding a bid to re-do the roof at Condor Elementary School. Additionally, the board approved Memorandums of Understanding (MOU) for two new classified job descriptions and appointed Roberta Meyers to fill the board seat left vacant by the resignation of Megan Berge.
