Save the Dates! 30th Annual Morongo Basin Orchid Festival coming in October

The dates for the 30th annual Morongo Basin Orchid Festival were announced this week. The Orchid Festival is put on every year by Gubler Orchids in Landers, which serves as a flower show as well as a community fundraiser.

Gubler Orchids open their greenhouses and facilities to the public, and every orchid sold raises money for a collection of hi-desert non-profits.

This year you can expect an eclectic bunch of classes on orchids, live music, delicious food from local vendors and the world famous orchid beer from JT Brewery. For the first time this year, there will be an Orchid Art Show put on by the Chaparral Artists.

Save the date! The 30th Annual Morongo Basin Orchid Festival will be held Saturday, October 4 and Sunday, October 5. We will have more on this fall’s flowery festival on your Z107.7 News.
