Town of Yucca Valley Hosts 34th Annual Healthy Heart 5K Run and 2K Health Walk

Mark your calendars: The Town of Yucca Valley will host the 34th Annual Healthy Heart 5K Run and 2K Health Walk on Saturday, March 28, at Essig Park. Early registration is open and the town is seeking sponsors. 

For more than three decades, the Healthy Heart Run and Walk has encouraged residents of all ages to stay active and prioritize heart health. Whether participants are competitive runners, casual joggers or individuals looking to enjoy a morning walk with friends and family, the event provides a fun and welcoming opportunity to get moving while supporting a long-standing community tradition.

Early Bird Registration is open through March 3. It’s $30 and includes an event T-shirt and swag bag. If you wait until the day of registration, the cost increases to $35.

Early registration is strongly encouraged to guarantee commemorative items. Participants registering on the day of the event are advised to arrive early to ensure availability.

The Town of Yucca Valley is proud to partner with local businesses to help make this event possible and is currently seeking community sponsors. Sponsorships are available for $200 and include the business name featured on the back of the official event T-shirt, public acknowledgments during the event and recognition on Town social media platforms.
