Time to dig out the lederhosen and dirndls. Oktoberfest is returning to Yucca Valley. The day-long event will feature live music, dancing, food, and contests, including a contest for best costume. Vendors will offer food, crafts, art. Oktoberfest will be held September 21 at the Brehm Sports Park, behind the Boys and Girls Club in Yucca Valley, from 2 to 10 p.m., with children’s activities from 2 to 6 p.m. Tickets are $5 and $2 for children, and go on sale September 1 from the Yucca Valley Rotary Club and Yucca Valley Chamber of Commerce.
