SAN DIEGO MAN ARRESTED IN DESERT HOT SPRINGS, ACCUSED OF ATTEMPTED MURDER

A San Diego man was arrested in Desert Hot Springs Wednesday, accused of attempted murder and spouse abuse. According to Desert Hot Springs police, officers were called to the 68700 block of Panorama Drive in Desert Hot Springs about 11 a.m. for a disturbance. After an investigation, Denton Capell was arrested on suspicion of attempted murder, assault with a deadly weapon, and spouse abuse. Denton Capell was booked into the Riverside County Jail in Banning with his bail set at $1 million.
