SAN BERNARDINO WOMAN ARRESTED FOR USING CAR AS WEAPON AT KING OF THE HAMMERS

A San Bernardino woman was arrested at King of the Hammers over the weekend accused of using her vehicle as a weapon. According to Sheriff logs, deputies responded to “Hammertown” in Johnson Valley on Sunday (February 6) just after 9 a.m. for a report of an irate woman arguing with the victim. After investigation, deputies say they determined that Danielle Sklar, 39, was attending King of the Hammers when she got into an argument with the victim and while upset, Sklar reportedly intentionally rammed her vehicle into the victim’s vehicle. Danielle Sklar was subsequently arrested for investigation of assault with a deadly weapon and transported to the Morongo Basin Jail with her bail set at $50,000.
