San Bernardino has the smoggiest air in the country, according to a new report released by the American Lung Association Tuesday (April 20). San Bernardino County is followed by Riverside and Los Angeles counties as the second and third smoggiest counties. The five-county Los Angeles region is still the smoggiest metro area in the country, as it has been for 21 of the 22 years the group has studied air pollution.
