As COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations continue to rise in California, the state ordered statewide closures on Monday of all indoor operations at restaurants; wineries; movie theaters; card rooms; and zoos. Bars must close all operations completely. In addition, Newsom said that 30 counties—including San Bernardino—must also close fitness centers, houses of worship, personal care services, hair salons and barbershops, malls, and offices for non-critical sectors. Restaurants can still provide outdoor dining and take-out service.
