A celebration of life of Sam Sloneker will be held Sunday, November 16, starting at 5:30 p.m. Sloneker was a well-known percussionist, and friend of the arts, live music, and theater. The celebration will include a jam session and potluck in the Friendship Hall of the Joshua Tree Retreat center. Bring your instruments and a covered dish or beverage.
