Herbalist and nutritional consultant Charla Shamhart presents a workshop at Rainbow Stew on the traditional uses of plants considered sacred in Native American Spiritual Ways. Participants will learn how to bind and bundle a variety of healing herbs to take home for smudging. The class begins 11 a.m. Saturday, June 16, at Rainbow Stew located at 55509 Twentynine Palms highway in Yucca Valley with a suggested donation of $10.
