Soldiers Organized Services (S.O.S.) is inviting all patriots in the Coachella Valley to take part in their Memory Garden and Walk of Honor this Memorial Day weekend. The event will be held Sunday, May 30, and Monday, May 31 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the S.O.S. headquarters at 3131 Shoshone Valley Road in Twentynine Palms. Light refreshments will be served. S.O.S. is a non-profit organization that provides no-cost transportation from the Palm Springs and Ontario Airports, and other transportation hubs, to the marine Base in Twentynine Palms.
