ROTARY CLUBS RAFFLING OFF A NEW HARLEY

The combined Rotary Clubs of the Morongo Basin are raffling off a new Harley-Davidson Motorcycle to benefit Copper Mountain College. Reporter Mike Lipsitz tells you how to get tickets…
If you’ve been lucky enough to catch a glimpse of the brand new Harley-Davidson Heritage Softail motorcycle traveling about the Basin on a trailer, you may want to push your luck even further and buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win this machine. Valued at almost $18,000, the Harley-Davidson will be given away on December 20. It’s all part of a campaign to raise $30,000 for the recently named Christine Proudfoot Student Activity Center at Copper Mountain College which is now under construction. Raffle tickets are $20 each and will be available from Rotarians as well as at community events taking place over the next three months and online at cmccd.edu. Only 2,500 tickets will be sold. For more information, contact Roger Wagner at 760-366-5289 or Sandy Smith at 760-366-3791 ext. 5296.
