ROTARY CLUB SPONSORS E-WASTE COLLECTION IN TWENTYNINE PALMS

The Twentynine Palms Rotary Club is having an E-Waste fundraising event this Saturday, from 10 to 1 at the Community Center in Luckie Park. The Rotary Club will collect electronic waste products, such as TVs, monitors, computers and computer components, printers, ink and toner cartridges, cameras, phones, mp3 players, and more, all free of charge. The products will be collected and recycled for usable components and parts; proceeds from the recycling will be used for Rotary scholarships. Items can also be dropped off at Cardinal Van and Storage Monday through Friday from 8 to 4. For more information, call 310-734-6700.
