SOME OFF-ROAD VEHICLE SAFETY TIPS

With summer approaching more people will begin to bring out their off highway vehicle. According to experts these are a few ways to stay safe while off road: You should always be aware of your surroundings such as debris, fallen branches from plants, and of course, the ever- changing conditions. A few things that you should always wear for your safety are DOT approved helmet, goggles, gloves, chest protector, long pants, long sleeves, and shoes that go above the ankle and that are closed-toed. Some things that you should do before leaving for your ride are do a routine maintenance check up on your vehicle, check the weather for the day you plan to go, and make sure you have the appropriate tools to bring with you to do any unexpected repairs.
