The City of Twentynine Palms has announced City Manager Richard Warne is no longer employed by the city, effective today.
Mr. Warne has served for more than 30 years in local government and has been the city Manager of Twentynine Palms since May 2, 2011.
Mayor Joel Klink has announced that Homer Croy will take over as Interim City Manager this week. Croy is the retired city manager for the City of Palm Desert.
The release from the City of Twentynine Palms’ said more information will be provided by the Twentynine Palms City Council in the coming weeks, regarding the city manager position.
