A ribbon-cutting ceremony and grand opening will be held tomorrow for a new business in Twentynine Palms. The ribbon cutting is at noon. Local businesswoman Starr Bassion will be celebrating the grand opening of her new business, Ba Da Bling Florist & Gifts located at 5823 Adobe Road between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. Food and refreshment will be offered.
