Local botanist Robin Kobaly will present a program on “The Power of Plants” at the next Retired Teachers Association meeting Friday, January 10. The group will meet at 11 a.m. in the Joshua Tree Community Center. Lunch is $20; for those who are not having lunch, the cost is $5. Reservations are required.
