California Retired Teachers Association will meet Friday, March 10, at 10:00 a.m. at the Helen Gray Center on White Feather Road in Joshua Tree. Members will be joined by mythologist and storyteller, Catherine Svehla, Ph.D., who will demonstrate the relevance of mythology to contemporary life by sharing and discussing a classic Arthurian tale.
Lunch will be provided at a cost of $15 per person. Reservations are required. There is no cost to those who attend the meeting but choose not to order lunch, but seats do need to be reserved for meeting attendees.
