The California Retired Teachers Association Division 62 next meeting is this Friday, November 9, at 10 a.m. in the Helen Grey Center, 6601 White Feather Road in Joshua Tree. The program this month is titled Teaching Around the World. Sandy and Norb Widman will be presenting. Their community outreach program is collecting donations for Operation Gratitude this month. Suggested items are: Jerky, new socks, or small toiletries. Lunch will be provided for $15. Reservations are required. There is no cost to those who attend the meeting but choose not to order lunch.
