The Twentynine Palms Park and Rec Department will begin to take application forms for the youth soccer in August. The season goes from September to mid-November. Ages 4 to 14 are able to register. No previous experience is needed All children will be put on a team without the thought of their skill. Games are played on Saturdays and weeknights. The cost to play includes a uniform which has a jersey, soccer socks and shorts. All players must have shin guards, which are their responsibility for purchasing. Soccer cleats are recommended but not needed. Picture packets are available to buy during the season. An award night for all players and teams will be at the end of the season. Volunteer coaches and official coaches are needed in order to run a successful league. Families with three or more children are able to get a discount.
