An Inland Empire non-profit organization will hold a virtual town hall next week that will focus on the relationships between trauma, substance abuse, and stigma. Participants in Reach Out’s town hall, “Trauma, Stigma, and Substance Use Disorder: Examining The Intersections” will learn about how these experiences are linked. Three speakers will lead the discussion, there will be interactive break-out rooms, resources and more. Reach Out is a non-profit organization based in Upland that works to break barriers to educational achievement, expand economic opportunities, and create safe, healthy, and innovative communities.
