The San Bernardino County Assessor-Recorder is holding a seminar Tuesday, March 31, for business owners who need help with the 571-L Business Property Statement. Businesses are required by state law to file an annual Business Property Statement (BPS) if their aggregate cost of business personal property is $100,000 or greater, or is requested by the assessor. The free seminar will be held in San Bernardino March 31; one at 9 a.m. and a second one at 1 p.m. Attendees are required to bring the 571-L, their latest income tax return, and depreciation schedule/asset listing.
