“REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE” RECEPTION AT HI-DESERT NATURE MUSEUM TOMORROW

A reception Friday (February 26) evening will kick off a new temporary exhibition at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum in Yucca Valley. Managing editor Tami Roleff invites you to see the “Reduce, Reuse, and Recycle” exhibit…
“Reduce, Reuse, Recycle” is a showcase of artwork contributed by local artists made from recycled or reused materials. This exhibition is designed to make people think about what they throw away.
The show includes paintings, sculptures, photographs, mixed media and upcycled creations. Many local children responded to the Museum’s “Call for Artists” and the fabulous mix of creativity is sure to delight. The exhibitions will be on display through April 30. An opening reception is scheduled for Friday, February 26, from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Enjoy refreshments and original melodic guitar music by Mark Wheeler.  This event is free to the public.
