REDUCE, REUSE, RECYCLE EXHIBIT AT HI-DESERT NATURE MUSEUM

In today’s era of heightened environmental awareness; artists are increasingly turning to junk stores, trash bins, and surplus outlets to satisfy their urge to create; while still caring for the planet. The Hi-Desert Nature Museum’s Reduce, Reuse, Recycle exhibition, titled “Think: Reconstruction,” is meant to make people rethink our throw-away society by sharing the local community’s innovation, and often surprising use of reused and recycled materials. The show includes artwork from 43 artists, with the youngest artist being only 3 years old. The show will be on display through May 18 at the Hi-Desert Nature Museum, 57116 Twentynine Palms Highway in Yucca Valley.
