“Communicating Clearly” is a free, one-evening workshop for service members, veterans and their families who want to improve or gain valuable communication skills and techniques. Sponsored by the American Red Cross and Reach Out Morongo Basin, Communicating Clearly is part of the Reconnection Workshop series which aims to reunite, reconnect and rebuild military families. It all happens Thursday, August 27 from 5:30 p.m. to 7 p.m. at the Twentynine Palms Senior Center on Adobe Road. Class size is limited. Register in advance by calling the Red Cross at 760-830-6685.
