Reach Out in Yucca Valley will offer a free online nutrition education series called Cooking Matters to the Morongo Basin. The program is designed for parents with children up to 5 years old. The class will go over healthy eating habits, provide live cooking demonstrations, and more. The five-week class will be offered at 2 p.m. Wednesdays or at 10 a.m. Thursdays. The Wednesday classes start March 31; the Thursday classes start April 1. To sign up, call 909-982-8641.
