Caregiving can be a tough and isolating experience, but caregiver support groups are filled with people in similar situations who understand what you’re going through. Are you a caregiver caring for a loved one at home? Reach Out Morongo Basin will be hosting a Caregiver Peer Support Group on Friday April 19, at 2 p.m. at the 29 Palms Senior Center 6539 Adobe Road. These informal groups are a great place to ask for advice, find out about useful resources, and just vent about your frustrations.
