After more than a year of COVID-19 keeping the doors of the Twentynine Palms Senior Center shut, the center is set to reopen on November 1. With the reopening, the meal delivery program provided by Reach Out Morongo Basin started in response to the pandemic, will be closing down. Meal deliveries to all registered seniors will continue through Friday, October 22. Homebound seniors who wish to continue to receive meals after October 22 will need to contact the Family Service Association at 951-342-3057 to see if they qualify for their Meals on Wheels program. All participants in the meal delivery program are invited to come to the Senior Center for regular congregant meal service beginning November 1.
