ArtFx & Furnishings in Old Town Yucca Valley will be hosting the second annual Hi Desert Holiday Art Auction on December 14, 2013 from 3:00 pm – 7:00 pm as a benefit for Reach Out Morongo Basin and its programs for senior and disabled neighbors. Organizers are seeking donations of artwork for this event from local artists.
“Last years event was such a huge success with artwork donated by over 50 artists” said Robin Schlosser executive director for Reach Out. “With the generosity of these artists we were able to raise $3500 for our programs for seniors and the disabled.”
Schlosser continued: “This year’s event will be expanded to also accepting donations of non-perishable food items and holiday gifts for our low income elderly neighbors”.
