The Friends of the Joshua Tree Library and the Morongo Basin Cultural Arts Council are hosting a reception and artist talk for local artist Ray Lamb, whose art exhibit is currently on view. The reception and talk will be at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, September 10. Lamb is an oil painter and will talk about his techniques. The reception is free and light refreshments will be served.
