Raul Custodio of Yucca Valley to be arraigned on six felony charges related to sexual abuse of a child

The Yucca Valley man who was arrested on suspicion of the ongoing sexual abuse of a child is expected to be arraigned this morning on six felony charges. The charges accuse him of abusing a child under the age of 10, and indicate that he may have used force as part of the abuse.
On Wednesday (August 13) at around 12:30 p.m., San Bernardino County Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to Crestview Drive in Yucca Valley where they arrested Raul Custodio, 44, for investigation into the ongoing sexual abuse of a child.
Custodio will be arraigned on Monday (8/18) with charges indicating that his abuse involved a child under the age of 10 years-old, and that he used force or put the child under duress as part of his abuse.
Raul Custodio was arrested on suspicion of charges related to the continued sexual abuse of a child and is being held at the West Valley Detention Center on $250,000 bail.
