PUBLIC’S HELP SOUGHT AFTER JOSHUA TREE BURGLARY

Sheriff’s deputies are asking for the public’s help in a burglary in Joshua Tree Saturday.

Sometime Saturday night, thieves went to the Quail Springs Village Apartments in the 62200 block of Verbena Road, next to the Joshua Tree Community Center, and stole a large blue tool chest,

a large air compressor,

a washing machine, and assorted tools, valued at more than $1000.

The thieves returned Sunday night and attempted to break into a storage unit at the property. Anyone with information should call the Sheriff’s Department at 760-366-4175.
